Educated at the National University of Malaysia, UKM, Dr Teo is certified to practice men’s health and clinical dermatology. He graduated with his MD in 2006 and did his rotations at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, as well as Alexandra Hospital, focusing on urology, general surgery, orthopaedics and paediatric care. From 2011 to 2012, Dr Teo was the resident doctor at Silvercross Family Clinic. In 2012, he founded Providence Clinic and is its Medical Director.

As an attending physician, Dr Teo was also a part of the emergency medical rescue evacuation AMS ambulance to places such as Bali, Australia and Bangladesh. Dr Teo has also been involved in oral and poster presentations for paediatric orthopaedics at Aarhus, Denmark, and Seoul, Korea.

Dr Teo’s clinical expertise includes pain management, men’s health and dermatology. He has a Certificate of Competence from the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group in Botox and fillers, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Dermatology from NUS. Dr Teo is also a member of the Society of Men’s Health Singapore, Pain Society Singapore and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Outside of his practice, Dr Teo is involved in local and overseas conferences as part of continuous medical education, namely the Regional Conference of Dermatology Vietnam , the Malaysian Society of Andrology, Urofair, and the International Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition in Orlando.

Dr Teo is also a Johor state player for badminton, enjoys competitive bowling and attends Cairnhill Methodist Christ (CMC). He is a devoted husband to his wife, a senior consultant Paediatrician with a special interest in dermatology, and a loving father to their three children.
